Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving:
This year was allot of fun Joel and I and the rest of the Glidewell clan celebrated at the Mellyn Household. It was Really great experience to get to know Sarah's (my new sister in law's) family they are a great bunch of people that we are blessed to know. WE are also very blessed to have Sarah in our family and we are all so excited to meet little Brady Glidewell soon!

I am grateful for Priestood blessings.
I have found that very recently in my own personal trials and in the trials of my little family that the lord is always aware of us. He NEVER leaves us. He is always mindful of our needs, If we will but only humble ourselves and look to him he will guide us and help us to succeed in all things, big or small. I have found that It is in the simple acts of saying our prayers and reading scripture that he speaks to us and guides us, & he anxiously awaits to do so. He loves us.

Losing your Job and scraping by is never easy, in fact its been down right miserable some days with all the doubt and fear constantly going through your head of not making it and losing your independence and feeling bad for yourself, Its tough.
But In someways I'm glad that I've had a little taste of what that feels like because it's made me more aware of all that I have and whats really most important to me in my life. I have so much. I should not be quick to take for granted all that the lord has given me because I know from personal exprience it can be gone quicker than you can imagine.

Today I am singing Hallelujah's I Found I great job and I am now the newest part-time Groomer at Whiskers to tails pet salon and spa! Blessings! Blessings! Blessings!

Halloween

Hey Everyone

This is my first Blog post on here so bear With me... Also I just want to say that I hope to be better about updating to keep things interesting...

Halloween :

Well It was mine and Joels first Halloween Married, and I have to say I think it turned out pretty good we carved pumpkins and took Ian (my youngest brother) "Trunk-or-Treating" At my brother in laws stake.

The reason behind that was Ian would not have had much of a chance to trick or treat because Mom and Dad were not wanting to go for very long, or at all if they could help it. Also My Brother in law Josh and his wife Heather were in charge of decorating and policing the event (which turned out to be a huge hit with the neighborhood and had a rather large gathering as a result)

So... Joel and I decided to take Ian along and help out with the festivities and we ended up having a really good time. We all dressed up, (Joel as Mr Bennett from "Heroes" and I went as a Flapper Girl & even Anna dressed up) and drank plenty of root beer and Ian got of to do plenty of Trick or Treating so it was a very good night for us all.
